Valgono le bollette e l’estratto conto della banca • Contanti o Bank Transfer sufficienti a coprire le spese di spedizione Special Delivery per e da Manchester (l’importo per questo trimestre si trova nella email di conferma dell’appuntamento). Il Consolato di Manchester vi contatterà direttamente per il pagamento della tassa consolare al momento dell'emissione del passaporto
• Old Passport or declaration of loss or stolen passport “Formulario denuncia furto/smarrimento/deterioramento” • Application form “Formulario rilascio passaporto per maggiorenni” • Two identical photos (Standard ICAO) • Most recent proof of address issued in the last month: Utility Bill, Bank statement • Cash or Bank Transfer to cover the Special Delivery costs to and from the Consulate in Manchester (the cost for this trimester is included in the appointment confirmation email). The Consulate in Manchester will contact you directly for the payment of the consular tax at the time of issuing of the passport
